How much does the MSN Direct service cost for a Garmin Nuvi 750 GPS unit?

I own a Garmin Nuvi 750, and I’m trying to decide whether or not to purchase the MSN Direct receiver accessory. When you purchase the receiver accessory, it comes with a one year free subscription. But, I can’t find anywhere how much it costs per year after that subscription runs out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I would like to know if it’s really worth it. So, if you have this service, tell me what you think.

From what I’ve seen online at various websites, it costs $50 a year, or $130 for the lifetime of the device. Don’t have it, so I can’t comment on its value.
